About Humanitan

Civilians Before Borders

Humanitan mobilizes law, tech, and testimony to shield civilians globally.

Who We Are

Independent.
Human-First.

Humanitan is an independent, non-state platform dedicated to protecting civilians, advancing human-centered migration systems, and restoring legal and moral accountability in contexts where state sovereignty has failed.

Founded in 2025 by Mahyar Hallajpour, a global mobility advocate and legal strategist, Humanitan bridges international law, civic engagement, and emerging technology to create enforceable protections for displaced, endangered, and stateless populations.

We operate through a flagship initiative: the Civic Sovereignty Council (CSC) — a rapid-response, high-integrity body of civic actors, legal professionals, and academic allies committed to defending civilian rights and mobility across conflict zones and fragile states.

What We Do

Rapid Protection Response

We issue urgent civilian protection directives, formal UN submissions, and public calls to action when lives are at risk.

Crisis Documentation

Our team gathers, verifies, and analyzes evidence of displacement, civilian targeting, and human rights violations to support global accountability efforts.

PeaceTech Development

We create and support civic technologies designed to protect mobility, secure communication, and support mental and physical resilience in conflict zones.

The Goal

Our Mission

Humanitan exists to protect human dignity when systems collapse. Our mission is to build a new model for transnational civilian protection that is fast, independent, and enforceable. Through legal frameworks, technology platforms, and testimony-driven advocacy, we respond to crises where traditional diplomacy or humanitarian channels fall short. We are not observers—we are actors of conscience, law, and civic coordination.

The Outlook

Our Vission

We envision a future where sovereignty is measured not by borders or military might, but by a state’s ability to safeguard human life. In that future, civilians are not collateral—they are the center of global order. Humanitan works to accelerate that shift through a new civic infrastructure that transcends political paralysis and places the protection of people above the politics of power.

Current Focus

Protecting Civilians in the Iran–Israel Crisis

The ongoing escalation between Iran and Israel has revealed a critical breakdown in the enforcement of international humanitarian law, particularly in protecting non-combatants. Humanitan has launched a rapid-response mission to document violations, support displaced civilians, and advocate for immediate international intervention.

What We’re Requesting

We are mobilizing public support through a global petition urging the United Nations to take immediate action. Our demands include:

  • Protect civilians — especially children, women, and the elderly
  • Ensure humanitarian access — for emergency medical and relief aid
  • Document violations independently — for transparency and justice
  • Create space for diplomatic resolution — to stop the violence at its source

The time to act is now.

We are building a new global civic infrastructure that centers civilians over borders and values protection over politics.
